The Draytek AP700 is an exceptionally stable and reliable Access Point. It integrates perfectly into almost any existing network and is stable even in large spaces or home with dozens of connected devices.

We're big fans of Drayteks range of Routers, Modems and Networking Solutions. The AP700 is a reliable and versatile wireless access point, with multiple modes, allowing it to fulfill a variety of roles in the wireless network of your home or small business.

The AP 700 has four modes of operation:

• Access Point - Standard Operation, as a standalone wireless access point for connection to a pre-exisiting LAN, providing wireless connectivity.
• Universal Repeater - The AP-700 acts as both a wireless client and access point simultaneously, effectively increasing the range of an existing access point.
• Bridge - Using two AP-700's, each connected to a separate wired LAN, a wireless bridge can be formed connecting the two LANs. Ideal where a physical link (cable) isn't possible, for example, across a road.
• Station - The AP-700 acts as a wireless client to another wireless access point. Ideal for games consoles or PCs which need a self-contained 'intelligent' wireless interface with connectivity provided via their Ethernet point.
